Terms of Service

1. The Service

TaskDrop ("the Service", "we", "us") is an automated, AI-assisted tool available at https://taskdrop.org. You submit a raw task description, budget, and deadline that you submit; the Service uses this to produce a cleaned-up task listing that is published to the public board only after payment. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes another person's rights, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Payment

The Service is priced at a one-time payment of $29–$49 per published listing, charged before the listing goes live. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD at checkout regardless of any other currency referenced on the page. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Output accuracy

Output is generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete, contain errors, or omit relevant items. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaskDrop and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

6. No professional advice

TaskDrop is a listings board only. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, payment, or work performed between a listing's poster and any freelancer who responds to it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
